AGM and September Group Meeting

This is our annual general meeting and all group members are encouraged to attend and consider nominating for positions on the group’s executive committee. If unable to attend, members are encouraged to nominate members to nominate other members to act as proxies to vote on their behalf. Members will be emailed details on nomination and proxy voting arrangements for the committee. The normal monthly group meeting will follow the AGM.
